I recently returned to the Wilkes-Barre area in search of a REAL PIZZA - something I've been 

deprived of these last ten years during my research of  "the badlands" aka Minneapolis, MinnesooooTa.

The concept of a real East Coast Pizza has thus far eluded Minnesotans same as an NFL championship.

How disappointed was I when I first met friendly Fredy the pizza man who said: "Sorry we don't have any anchovies today."

But alas, I have officially returned from the badlands of lutefisk the stinky Minnesota stinky fish to the intrepid delights of fresh anchovy fillets atop a crisply baked NEW YORK STYLE PIZZA RIOT EXPLOSION IN MY MOUTH 😋💥
